Q: What do I need to do in order to contact someone?   Category: Contacting Members A: In order to contact someone you must do the following: 1. You must create a matrimonial profile (If you prefer, you can setup your profile so that only people that you contact and approve will be able to see it. This is option in the last section (Profile Management) when you are editing/creating your matrimonial profile.) 2. If you have already created a matrimonial profile it must have a "profile display status" of "visible" and be approved by our customer service staff. (Approving profiles can take betwen 12 - 72 hours depending on the time and day of the week. All listings must be manually reviewed and approved before they are displayed on the website.) 3. If your profile has not been approved or has the Profile Display Status of "I want to HIDE my profile temporarily", then you won't be able to contact someone yet. (Once your profile is approved then you can contact someone. An email will be sent to the address listed in your account when your profile is approved.)
