Q: I am a Premium member, why cant I see the contact details of the matrimonial profile   Category: Contacting Members A: We do not display personal email addresses anymore. Instead, when you are a Paying Premium member, and you click the "Contact Now-FREE" button in the profile, you will get a screen that asks you to fill in your message in a message text box. This is your email that is sent to the user. There are no restrictions on what you place in this message, including your email address, phone number, etc. This will be sent to the users "internal Mail box" known as their "Contact Manager." They will also receive an email to their presonal email address notifying them of the new contact. With a Free membership, you would not have the option of creating a custom meessage. Instead, an automatically generated "initial contact" letter will be sent on your behalf to the user.
